Soho 3 Door Industrial Style Folding Doors
Make a bold statement with the Soho Industrial style folding Doors. These doors feature slim-profile frames, ideal for anyone looking to create that "industrial style theme" within their home or apartment. The matt black finish gives the illusion of black metal coupled with large glass panels these doors would be a focal point in any type of environment.
The Soho folding room divider is available in 3 configurations and 3 door sizes, a 3 leaf, 4 leaf and a 5 leaf system. The Frame is supplied complete with the Top Track, Top Pivot, Apron Plate, Bottom Pivot and Chrome Hinges. There is no bottom frame or floor guide with this door set therefore the flooring can continue between rooms. The frame is supplied in unfinished oak and would require finishing on site.
Notes for Installation
- No bottom frame required, This system is top hung only
- Maximum trimming allowed on each door edge is 5mm
- Doors are supplied black primed and require a final coat of finishing paint
- Doors available in 3 widths sizes 533mm/610mm/686mm
- Folding frame is supplied unfinished and ready for final finish
The Soho door set is available in the following door size options, 533mm / 610mm / 686mm
(External frame measurements will be 10mm smaller in height and 10mm smaller in width)
Structural Opening Sizes
Please be aware that the provided sizes are based on the subfloor level. If you plan to install the frames on top of a floor covering, you will need to adjust the frame's height accordingly during installation.

Delivery
Your doors will be delivered on our own vehicles or through a trusted carrier normally within 3-5 days. The standard delivery rate to most areas is £35.00. Collection
Orders can be collected from store, or a local warehouse there is no charge for this service. Please select the collection option in checkout. We will contact you to arrange a collection slot once your order is ready to be collected.

Our doors are guaranteed for ten years from the date of the delivery. We are proud to stand by our doors, and we have no hesitation in offering a conditional 10 Year guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship. Should one of our doors be found to be defective upon delivery or develop a fault due to faulty materials or workmanship within 10 Years of delivery, at our discretion we will offer the original purchaser the option of repair, replacement or refund.
