This Fire Pocket Door System is supplied complete with the white Industrial Style Cross Bar Fire Door. This door system allows you to slide the door straight in to the discreet pocket which is hidden within the cavity. The pocket frame is constructed from galvanised steel and is supplied complete with the track and fixings. The cassette system is supplied complete with a comprehensive timber lining kit (jambs) to finish the installation perfectly.
The door jambs are 100mm if you are using 3" studwork then you would require 100mm jambs as this would give you a finished wall thickness of 100mm when finished with 12.5mm plasterboard.
There is no bottom track or threshold strip, as with all our pocket door systems the single pocket door frame is top hung from a track. Inside the track there are runners which are attached to the top of the door via a bracket. This means there is no threshold strip or track in the floor and your flooring can continue through the opening undisturbed. Accessories such as soft door closers, flush door pulls and bathroom locks can all be purchased separately.

- The jamb kit is made from finger jointed fir that is unfinished ready to paint/stain.
- Door guide slots into a channel on the underside of the door. Not visible but ensures that if your door warps it continues to slide smoothly

A fully approved self closing mechanism is also available, please check first with your Building Inspector prior to ordering to determine whether or not your particular application will require a self-closer.

Please be aware you may receive 2 deliveries, the frames are usually dispatched within 24/48 hours and the doors will be delivered in approx 8-10 weeks.

Delivery
Your doors will be delivered on our own vehicles or through a trusted carrier normally within 3-5 days. The standard delivery rate to most areas is £35.00. The cost depends on the number of doors and delivery address. Correct shipping costs will be provided at checkout. For more details you can view our delivery rates here.

If you need express delivery then we can offer a next day delivery service on selective products, please call us on 01422 387331 and we will do our best to help.
Collection
Orders can be collected from store, or a local warehouse there is no charge for this service. Please select the collection option in checkout. We will contact you to arrange a collection slot once your order is ready to be collected.

Our doors are guaranteed for ten years from the date of the delivery. We are proud to stand by our doors, and we have no hesitation in offering a conditional 10 Year guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship. Should one of our doors be found to be defective upon delivery or develop a fault due to faulty materials or workmanship within 10 Years of delivery, at our discretion we will offer the original purchaser the option of repair, replacement or refund.
