Chelsea Clear Glazed 3 Door Industrial Style Folding Doors
Make a bold statement with the Chelsea Industrial style folding Doors. These doors feature slim-profile frames, ideal for anyone looking to create that "industrial style theme" within their home or apartment. The matt black finish gives the illusion of black metal coupled with large glass panels these doors would be a focal point in any type of environment.
The Chelsea folding room divider is available in 4 configurations, a 3 leaf, 4 leaf, 5 leaf and 6 leaf system. The Frame is supplied complete with the Top Track, Top Pivot, Apron Plate, Bottom Pivot and Chrome Hinges. (Black hinges can be purchased as an optional extra) There is no bottom frame or floor guide with this door set therefore the flooring can continue between rooms The frame is supplied in unfinished oak and would require painting on-site.
Notes for Installation
- No bottom frame is required, This system is top-hung only
- Maximum trimming allowed on each door edge is 5mm
- The maximum Depth allowed to be drilled for lock holes is 58mm only
- The pine core will be exposed after trimming, you can touch up any exposed edges with RAL9011 Black paint
- Doors are supplied black primed and require a final coat of finishing paint
- The folding frame is supplied unfinished and ready for final finish

3 Door Roomfold - 2140mm Wide x 2083mm High
4 Door Roomfold - 2826mm Wide x 2083mm High
5 Door Roomfold - 3512mm Wide x 2083mm High
6 Door Roomfold - 4200mm Wide x 2083mm High

IMPORTANT - Due to the unique design of our industrial-style door range, featuring narrow 80mm wide stiles and rails, we have sourced a specialist range of hardware to be used in conjunction with these doors. Using alternative hardware could potentially cause significant damage and compromise the installation and functionality. Installation guidelines provided with each door must be adhered to.

Delivery
Your doors will be delivered on our own vehicles or through a trusted carrier normally within 3-5 days. The standard delivery rate to most areas is £35.00. Collection
Orders can be collected from store, or a local warehouse there is no charge for this service. Please select the collection option in checkout. We will contact you to arrange a collection slot once your order is ready to be collected.

Our doors are guaranteed for ten years from the date of the delivery. We are proud to stand by our doors, and we have no hesitation in offering a conditional 10 Year guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship. Should one of our doors be found to be defective upon delivery or develop a fault due to faulty materials or workmanship within 10 Years of delivery, at our discretion we will offer the original purchaser the option of repair, replacement or refund.
